REIKI TRAINING

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means spiritual energy — and that energy is not something outside of us. It is our own true nature. Mikao Usui, the founder of the system of Reiki, called it the Great Bright Light, because at our core we are luminous beings. Ancient teachers described it this way: we are the universe, and the universe is us. Reiki is simply the recognition of that truth.

 

At its heart, Reiki is love. Not love as a feeling that comes and goes, but love as the fundamental nature of reality — the pure, wise, compassionate energy that underlies everything. As Kimiko Koyama Sensei, who practiced Reiki for over 60 years, once said, the basis of Reiki is love, and we have to work upon this daily with all of our heart. This is what we are here to explore together.

Here is an image I love: spiritual energy is always raining down on us. It never stops. Healing is always available. But so often we are walking around with an umbrella — made of fear, worry, anger, old stories, and the weight of everyday life — and we don't even realize we're holding it. Reiki practice is the art of learning to put the umbrella down. To step out into the rain. To let that energy soak into every part of us until we remember — really remember — that it was never separate from us to begin with. That is what this training is an invitation into.

Reiki 1

This is an exciting step on your journey. During this training you will have an opportunity to learn more about this practice and how it can help you connect with your luminous True Self. You’ll receive your first sacred Reiki Attunements, learn the precepts, breathwork practices and begin to discover your intuitive connection with Reiki. You’ll also explore how Reiki uniquely flows through you and your life to bring greater healing, balance, and soul activation. This is a time to focus on going within and experimenting with emptiness, non-duality.

Reiki 2

Reiki 2 will deepen your practice and continue to lead you on your inward journey to discover what is hidden inside yourself - emptiness, non-duality, great bright light or whatever you name it - your essence. There is no need to look outwards to find it, it is right there already inside of us. These essential teachings are all about rediscovering our hidden inconceivable spiritual ability. The Reiki Attunements you'll receive during this training will greatly enhance your ability calm your mind, turn inward to connect with Reiki and continue to develop your intuition.

 

During this training, you will deepen your meditation through breathwork practices, learn how to draw the three Reiki symbols, understand how consciousness interacts with Reiki and be introduced to sacred sound work. You’ll deepen your intuitive connection with the field and by accessing a non-local Reiki field. You’ll be able to facilitate “distance” healing across physical locations, time and space. You'll also be able to use Reiki Symbols to set up sacred space, protect your home, and balance your emotions. You can use these Reiki Symbols to heal your childhood, your past lives, and karmic entanglements and patterns. Also, you can use these symbols to greatly enhance your ability to manifest!

Reiki Master

Reaching this level in your training is akin to climbing the top of the mountain. It is so deeply rewarding, exciting, uplifting, and life-changing. The Reiki Master Attunements you'll receive during this training will take your connection with Reiki and your soul's light to new levels. You’ll continue to deepen your embodiment of the precepts and your ability to be grounded and maintain energetic integrity.

 

While this will be the completion of your official training, it is the beginning of a greater journey as you reach new heights, take all you've learned and apply it to your life, and align with your divine spiritual essence. During Reiki Master you will not only spend time in sacred space connecting further with your soul's light, you will also learn the Reiki Master Symbol which will enhance your connection with your True Self.

 

During this training, you will also learn the sacred process of attuning others, which, even if you don't desire to teach Reiki, this is an amazing skill to have. Whether you desire to be a professional healer or not, this Reiki Master Training is available to everyone who wants to take their personal connection with their soul, spiritual gifts, intuition and soul's purpose to new levels.
